Growing up on the Central Coast I have had a lifetime to explore all it has to offer from its coastal beach communities to its inviting inland ranch and agricultural landscapes. Our area is truly blessed with the best of all worlds. A wonderful place to raise a family, vacation to or live out your retirement years. Raised working on local ranches, I have a special passion for Horse, Ranch and Agricultural properties. As I say, we have it all "The Best of Town and Country".
As an agent of Century 21 Jim has developed an expert system to market properties for their full potential and become acutley aware of the diigence needed to accomplish successful sales. He is keenly aware of the comprehensive negotiation process and is able to expertly guide purchasers through the often intimidating process of buying a home. Whether working with a first time homebuyer or a seasoned homeowner, his ethic is steadfast.
